Tier 3 — gorgeous meadows hike right from camp (~6 mi round trip). Gravel road via McLeod/Swingley Rd ending at the West Boulder trailhead and campground on the edge of the Absaroka-Beartooth. Small free/low-cost campground plus informal spots; rough road but worth it.
